He is survived by: his wife Brenda Goins Phillips; his children, Eric Phillips, Paula Phillips, Donna Phillips Kolb (John) and Angela Phillips DeWolfe (Chris); and his brother Steve Phillips. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, and soon to be 1 great grandchild.
