With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dorothy E Morris of Augusta, Georgia, born in Johnsonville, South Carolina, who passed away on December 25, 2021 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Moode Prosser and Ora Powell Prosser; her husband David L. Morris; her sons, Jerry Alan Morris, Sr. and David Eugene Morris; and her siblings, Lucille Botie, Virgil Prosser and Cullen Prosser.

She is survived by: her children, Janet Meadows, Carl Morris, James Morris and Richard Morris. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial may be made to: Solomon's Porch Pentecostal Holiness Church, 2314 Old Savannah Rd, Augusta, GA 30906.
