She is survived by: her children, Sandra Fabian, Erin Chalker Clements (Andy) and Ronnie Thomas Chalker (Laurie); her grandchildren, Anthony, Robin, Dean, Austin, Alexis and Elizabeth; and her siblings, Eugene Crook of Camille Crook and Ann Copeland.
