He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Davis; his children, Karen Palmer, Chris Nipper, Sharon Davis, John Davis (Deborah), Paula Harris (Reggie), Wanda Davis, Takisha Sloane, Joseph Nipper, Tanya Davis, Tamika Davis, Leroy Davis, Lewis Davis and Janet Davis; and his siblings, George Nipper, Hayward Nipper, Joe Lewis Nipper, John Nipper, Mary Nichols, Mabel Fluellen and Mildred Kendrick (James). He is also survived by Nieces' Nephews other relatives and friends.
