He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerome Delley and Minnie Gertrude Delley. He is survived by: his wife Norma; his children, Jay Delley (Alexcia) and Sonya Delley; his grandchildren, Cydney and Jayson; and his sisters, Minnie Yarborough and Ella Mae Nunn. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
