He is survived by: his wife Donna Malphrus; his father Wallace Malphrus (Allene); his children, Gary Malphrus, II, Johnathon Malphrus, Austin Malphrus, Michael Winsauer, Scotty Daniels, Chris Knox, Jasmine Livengood Chavis (Lloyd) and Megan Knox; his sisters, Candie Livengood, Lisa Livengood and Mary Kay Barros (Joseph); his nieces and nephews, James Teriwilliger Joseph Livengood, John Barros, Courtney Malphrus, Melanie Malphrus and Tia Teriwilliger; his great-nephews, Mathew Walling, Anthony Walling and Logan Walling; his grandchildren, Lydia Knox, Christian Knox, II and Luciana Knox; his stepsisters, Amanda Fletcher (Kent), Olivia May (Scott), Victoria Keiffer (Josh) and Vanessa Smoak (Jason); and the mother of his children Sharon Livengood.
