He was predeceased by: his parents, Lavonia Bodie and John Vaughn Bodie; and his sister Rosemary Bodie Crus. He is survived by: his wife Mozelle Clayton Bodie; his stepchildren, Gregory "Greg" Lee Ivey, Sr. of Waynesboro and Kathy Ivey Adams (Jerry) of North Augusta; his grandchildren, Ivey Adams Savage (Matthew), Gregory "Ubu" Lee Ivey, Jr. and Laura Ashley Ivey West; his great grandchildren, Savannah Aubrey Savage, Summer Grace Savage, Clayton Lee Ivey, Landon Cole West, Karmen Elizabeth West and Hayden Gay; and his brother-in-law Marvin Crus of Augusta. He is also survived by his wife, children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
