Georgiann Hunter Obituary

We are sad to announce that on June 11, 2021, Georgiann Hunter of Augusta, Georgia passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Georgiann Hunter to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her husbands, Loce Jones and Riland Hunter; her son Craig Jones; and her siblings, Iola Stalworth, Gettie Wheeler, Ida HIcks, Velma Moffett, Leonard Knight and Major Knight.

She is survived by: her children, Shirley Hill (Micheal), Danny Jones (Angela), Larry Jones (Ann), Elmer Jones (Felita) and Alvin Jones (Leslie); her siblings, McLoyd Knight (Barbara) and Ines Dixon; her brother-in-law Oce Jones (Mattie); her goddaughter Tammi Carmichael Jones; and her friend Mary Jo Lewis. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren; six great great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins.
