He is survived by: his spouse Carol Wick; his daughters, Kimberly Wick, Tara Wick Gill (Peter) and Lauren Janes (Colby); his granddaughters, Ava Gill and Audrey Gill; his sister Gail Hodgen (John); and his sister-in-law Patricia Walker (Lamar).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Make A Wish Foundation for children desiring to visit Disney at 1702 East Highland Avenue, Suite 400, Phoenix, AZ 85016.
