He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Thomas Warren, Jr. and Edith Parker Warren. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Green; his daughters, Heather Warren (Jason Walter) and Emma Warren; his siblings, Pam Barrett (Bill) and Tommy Warren (Debbi); his nieces and nephews, Brooke D'Souza (Ajesh), Alaina Warren (Dave), Charles Warren, Paul Warren (Alexis) and Will Barrett (Lisa); his aunt Carol Krauss; his uncle Ken Parker; and his close friend Wanda Lista of Aiken, SC..
