She is survived by: her children, Illya Bender (Pamela) and Shawnda Bender; her siblings, Ethel Harris, Annie Louise Major, Delores Obioha and Paul Lowe (Angeline); and her close friends, Sheryl Stephens and Minnie West. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, eight great grandchildren.
