He was predeceased by: his spouse Jessie Sims Lee; his parents, Ruby Cadle Lee and Herbert Carl Lee, Sr.; and his daughter Sydney Lee Skinner. He is survived by: his son Leonard C. Lee (Shirley); his son-in-law Harmon Skinner; his grandchildren, Jennifer Altman (Adam) and Chris Skinner (Tiffany); his great grandchildren, Dekoda Skinner, Graeme Skinner, Kashton Skinner, Wyatt Altman, Weston Altman and Sawyer Altman; and his sister Edna Lee Menhorn.
