She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Lee Hook; and her parents, Herman Mittemyer and Freidel Mittemyer. She is survived by: her children, Walter Hook and Frances Blackstone; her granddaughter Lisa Pellman; her great grandchild Alexander Pellman; and her friend Vera Strong.
