He is survived by: his wife Jessica Hadden Phillips; his children, Hannah Phillips, Sierra Phillips and Jeremey Phillips Jr.; his parents, Billy Phillips and Connie Phillips; his brothers, Michael Phillips, David Phillips, Raymond Phillips and Travis Phillips; his nephew NoNo Phillips; his close friends, Henny and Robby; and also, Rose Reynolds, Zoey Phillips and Amelia Phillips. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunt and uncles.
