We are sad to announce that on October 21, 2021, at the age of 94, Jerrell Lester McNutt (Augusta, Georgia), born in Dennis, Mississippi passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas McNutt of Nebraska and Lula May McNutt; and his siblings, Paul, Milford, Noel, Ershell, Sherben, Orville McNutt, Vera McNutt, Maude Wilson and Christine Oates.

He is survived by: his wife Vera Elizabeth Daugherty McNutt; and his children, Linda Joy Jones (Richard), Barbara Beth Vickery (Harvey William) and Jerrell Lester McNutt, Jr. (Linda). He is also survived by six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Leukemia Lymphoma Society, 2428 Persimmon Road, Augusta, GA 30904.
