He was predeceased by: his daughter Jessica E. Mayton Broughton; and his brothers, Benjamin Mayton and Bob Mayton. He is survived by: his wife Joyce C. Mayton; his sons, Jimmy Allen Mayton, Jr. (Tina) and Ricky Allen Mayton (Rhonda Winn); his grandchildren, Jamie Mayton, Corey Mayton, Courtney Wynens, Caity Mayton and Hunter Rhodes; his great grandchildren, Knox Millwood, Payton Mayton and Ally Wynens; his sister Linda Hayslip (Gayle); and his nieces, Brenda McGuire and Diana Sikes.
