She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Higgins and Ada Clare Higgins (Von Kamp); her husband Cassius; her sister Clare Higgins Kelley; and also, Albert Von Kamp Gary, Maude Gary Doris and William Theodore Gary, III.
She is survived by: her nephews, Brant Kelley (Joy) of Stamford and Terrell Kelley (Renate) of Stamford.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to St. Mary on the Hill Catholic Church, 1420 Monte Sano Ave, Augusta, GA 30904.
