He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Cuiry and Catherine Markovitch Cuiry; and his siblings, Stephen Cuiry, John Cuiry, Peter Cuiry and Ann Kaminski.
He is survived by: his wife Betty H. Cuiry (Jean); his daughters, Marsha C. Chavous and Ann Marie Pulliam (Ree); his grandchildren, Margo Lind, Lauren Chavous, Matthew Pulliam (Courtney) and Andrew Pulliam; his great grandchild Ashley Pulliam of Martinez; and his siblings, Nicholas Cuiry, Irene Palazzari and Jean Gravel.
