He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth and John Herrick, Sr.; his brother David Herrick; and his brother-in-law Joe Gregson. He is survived by: his wife Tami Herrick; his children, Jasmine Patterson (Seth), Haylee Osburn (James), Austin Herrick, Ian Herrick, Peyton Herrick, Gabe Herrick, Averi Herrick and Noah Herrick; his grandchildren, Alaric Patterson, Grayson Patterson and Judith Osburn; and his siblings, Lillian Stephens (Keith), Kathy Gregson, Susan Lemble (Bob), Barbara Herrick, Ann Turgeon (Greg), Michael Herrick (Pam), Mary Wiggins, Jimmy Herrick (Terri), Carolyn Stebbins, Tommy Herrick and Steve Herrick (Dawn).
