He is survived by: his wife Julia Ellison Hight; his sisters, Mary Evelyn Devereaux and Peggye Sewell; his daughter Jennifer Elam; his son-in-law Gary Elam; his grandsons, Jesse (Krista) and Cason (Emily); and his great grandchildren, Jack, Margot, Benjamin, Evelyn and Cameron.
