He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Rita Ramos Griffin; his parents, George D. and Griffin; his son George Allen; his granddaughter Ada Maxine Griffin-Irick; his stepmother Gaye (Christian); and his daughters, Marie Theresa, Kathleen Elizabeth and Karen Ann. He was also cherished by father, he taught his children how to be good parents, grandparents and great-grandparents.
