It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Sego Gibbs of Augusta, Georgia, who passed away on September 16, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband James E Gibbs, Jr.; her parents, Oliver Harold Sego and Dorothy Mixon Strother; and her son James Pickens "Pic" Gibbs. She is survived by: her daughters, Karen Gibbs Reese, Susan Bechtel and Janet Vikki Castricone. She is also survived by her spouse, parents, and son, family members.
