He is survived by: his parents, Rosa Clare Fulghum (Ferber) and Hardy Hilliard Fulghum, Jr.; his children, Kasper Ferber Fulghum, Jr., Judith Clare McDougal (Fulghum) and Roseann Blacher (Fulghum); his grandchildren, Michelle Leigh Fulghum Brandenburg (Mark Brandenburg), Kasper Ferber, Linsey Clare McDougal, Mary Catherine McDougal, Alexandra Hiller (Fulghum), Lucy Kathleen Bailey (Ewalt), Ferber Buckley Fulghum, Lukas Fulghum and Nicholas Fulghum; and his great grandchildren, John Brandenburg, Grace Brandenburg, Everett Cullen Bailey, Millie Bailey, Harper Fulghum, Wyatt Kasper Moran and Hazel Marie Moran.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the church where Kap was baptized and from which, will now be buried; The funeral Mass will be Wednesday, June 27, 2018 at 12:15 P.M. at the Church of the Most Holy Trinity with Fr. Jacek Szuster celebrant.
