She was predeceased by: her husband Frank Bolyard, Sr.; her parents, Samuel Crawford and Janie Elizabeth Crawford; and her siblings, Thomas Crawford, William Crawford, Joseph Crawford, Frank Crawford, Gordon Crawford, Myrtle Crawford Bailey, Bernice Crawford Whittle and Daisy Crawford.

She is survived by: her sons, Frank Bolyard, Jr. (Helga) and David Bolyard (Theresa); her grandchildren, Chasity Smith (Erik) and Alysia Collins (Scott); her great grandchildren, Cole Williamson (Sarah) and Caleb Smith (Megan); and her great great grandchild Corah Williamson.
