Margie Holloway Candler Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Margie Holloway Candler of Augusta, Georgia, born in McCormick, South Carolina, who passed away on July 17, 2022 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Albert Strother Candler, Sr.; and her brothers, James Holloway and Donald Holloway. She is survived by: her children, Lynn Powell (Lee) of Augusta and Bert Candler of Augusta; her grandson Bobby Lide (Traci); her great grandchildren, Ainsley and Ian; and her sisters, Shirley Baker (Bill) and Jean Lagroon (Ansel).
The family kindly requests masks for those in attendance and the observance of social distancing guidelines.
