She was predeceased by: her husband Norman; her parents, Olon C. Thompson and Eliza U. Thompson; and her siblings, Lamar Thompson, O. C. Thompson and Edna T. Halverson.

She is survived by: her daughter Patricia S. Graham (George); her granddaughters, Erica Gates and Vanessa Jackson (Mark); her great grandchildren, Ashley Faith Gates, Kaylee Ann Jackson and Hunter Edward Jackson; and her sister Alice T. Debow (Rollis).
