She was predeceased by: her husband Roscoe Jackson "Corky" Houghton. She is survived by: her children, Charles C. Houghton (Linda), Melody Quinn, Charlene Bagwell and Pauline H. Chambers; and her sister Jo Myrtle Duncan. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and fifth teen great grandchildren.
