He is survived by: his children, Kim Appleby of Augusta and Mike Appleby of Augusta; his sister Penny Appleby of Austin; and his grandchildren, Pepper Appleby of Augusta, Isabella Johnson Appleby of Augusta, Catherine Johnson Appleby of Augusta and Olivia Johnson Appleby of Augusta.
