He is survived by: his sibling Oaks Tennis; his wife Tracy Mary; his siblings, Peter Frank and Amy Katarina; his children, Dr. Krista Marie (Alexander Wessels), Taylor Katarina, Michael Jay, Justin Phillip and Austin Benjamin; and his godmother Rose Lindlar. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, dear friends.
