He was predeceased by: his parents, Reckard Homer Mannon and Mae Eskew Mannon. He is survived by: his wife Eva Mannon; his children, Joshua O'Dell Mannon (Kayla) and Rachel LeAnne Mannon (Chris); his grandchildren, Jared Douglas and Kasen O'Dell; and his siblings, Martin Russell, Thomas Russell, Jerry Mannon (Teresa), Franklin Mannon, Samuel Mannon and Carrie Parsons. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
