He is survived by : his wife Terrie Ballard Askew; his children, Joshua Mutimer (Laurie), Katie Askew (Nick Blansett) and Bettina Askew (Casey); his grandchildren, Hannah Mutimer, Noah Mutimer and Ryan Blansett; and his brothers, Jimmy Askew (Sharon), Neal Askew (Cathy) and Ricky Askew (Gay).
