He was predeceased by: his brother Hamilton Jordan. He is survived by: his wife Susan Vallotton; his son Lawton Jordan III (Jennifer) of Atlanta; his grandchildren, Cokie and Clay Jordan of Athens; his sister Helen Schroeder; and his siblings-in-law, Dorothy Jordan (Atlanta) and Maxwell Vallotton. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and members of his extended family.
