He was predeceased by: his spouse Caroline F. Rogers of Martinez. He is survived by: his children, Fredrick Rogers of Augusta and Janet Ruth Rogers of Martinez; and his brother Thomas Rogers of Moultrie. He is also survived by two sisters his twin Betty Lee Taylor of Cairo, Ga. and Peggy Price of Cairo, Ga., five grandchildren and one great grandchild.
