He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward O'Neal Johnson and Jessie Mae Harris Johnson; and his brothers, Russell Johnson and Ricky Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Joy Bass Johnson; his children, Kenny Johnson (Kelly), Misty Ftorek (Sam) and Mallory Bagwell (Mike); his grandchildren, Cody Johnson, Lexi Johnson, Ariana Ftorek, Savo Ftorek, Mason Ftorek, Laythen Bagwell, Caroline Bagwell, Trey Bagwell and Lani Bagwell; his great grandchild Bentley King; and his brother Randy Johnson.
