She was predeceased by: her husband John Willie Freeman Jr.; her parents, Alfreda Hobbs Burnett and Clarence Burnett; and her brothers, Charles Burnett and Frederick Burnett.
She is survived by: her children, John W. Freeman III, LaToya Griffin (Aki) and Brian Freeman; her grandchildren, Jailyn Freeman, Caylee Freeman, Briana Freeman, Brian Freeman Jr., Travelle Freeman, Bryson Freeman, Travon Freeman and Jahhon Griffin; her siblings, Ulysses Burnett (Willa Mae) of Brunswick, Myron Burnett (Kathy) of Suwanee, Clarence Burnett (Sheila) of Albany, Alfreda Burnett-Pool (Derek) of Dublin, CA, Joseph Burnett (Debra) of McRae, Leslie Burnett of McRae and Allison Burnett of Dublin; and her sister-in-law Beverly Burnett of Alamo. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
