She was predeceased by: her sisters, Myrtrea McCrary and Margie Sperazz (William Hodges). She is survived by: her nephew Mark Clayton; her daughter Shannon; her son-in-law Hilton Powell of Charleston, SC; her grandson Liam Hodges of Augusta, GA; and her sisters, Marvie Wright, Myrl Buschusen, Margo Ivey, Nell Hoffman and Trisha Greif.
