She was predeceased by: her parents, Catherine Bell Bostick and William Morris Bostick; her brother William L. Bostick; and her niece Alicia Clark. She is survived by: her husband John J. Flynt III; her stepdaughters, Anna Flynt Breaux and Laura Flynt Vetter; her sister-in-law Karen Bostick; and her nephew Christopher Bostick.
