He is survived by: his wife Sue Leeking; his children, Nancy Sutphin (Chris) and Patrick Leeking (Melissa); and his stepchildren, Sharon Thornton (David), Karen Boswell (Mark) and Chris Ratcliff (Beth). He is also survived by eight grandchildren, and five great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Hospital.
