With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas Simmons Jr. of Augusta, Georgia, who passed away on September 23, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Tammy Simmons; and his children, Tonya Hazel, Kendra Simmons, Thomas N. Simmons III (Tammy), Christina Simmons, Tamara Williamson, Brian Simmons (Teema) and Ashley Allen (Wyman). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; four great grandchildren; sisters, brothers, and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives.

There will be a viewing on Thursday from 1-5 p. m. Please continue to wear masks and practice social distancing.
