William Hughes Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Hughes (Augusta, Georgia), who passed away on May 21, 2021 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Maureen O'Connell Hughes; his children, Susan "Sissie" Hughes Hogan and H. William "Billy" Hughes III; and his grandson Douglas M. Millar IV. He is survived by: his daughter Cathy H. Millar (Doug); and his grandchildren, Ryan Sheehan Millar (Daolinh), Virginia Millar Massey (Tye), William Benjamin Millar (Kaitlyn), Patrick Hughes, Maureen Hogan and Sean Hogan. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church, 139 Way of Peace, North Augusta, SC 29841.
