He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Betty Jean Patrick; his sons, Jay E. Patrick, Jr. (Teresa) and R. Van Patrick; his grandchildren, Emily P. Reavill (Chris), Bobby Patrick (Courtney) and Katie Kennicutt (Daniel); and his great grandchildren, Blakeley, Colton Patrick, Ellie Kennicut, Harrison, Wells and Brooks Reavill.
