He is survived by: his wife Teresa Hollis; his children, Perry Lee Shaw of Jasper, GA and Tracy Hollis (Brian); and his siblings, Ann Brown of Dallas, GA, Brenda Conner, Tom Hollis (Marge), William Hollis (Diane), Ronnie Hollis (Barbara) and Gary Hollis. He is also survived by 9 Grandchildren, 8 Great Grandchildren and several Nieces and Nephews.
