She is survived by: her husband Herbert John Blanchard; her children, Dee Buttram (Anthony) of Dawsonville, Brett Blanchard (Simone) of Mount Airy, Lucia Clements (Randy) of Senoia, Georgia Evans and Rose Evans (Doug) of Dallas; her grandchildren, Ren Buttram, Ariel Buttram, Sophia Blanchard and Trinity Clements; and her great grandchild Brantley Crawford.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the American Cancer Society or to St. John Vianney Catholic Church, Lithia Springs, Georgia.
