He is survived by: his daughter Kelley Eubanks of Austell, GA; his mother Betty Eubanks of Austell, GA; his friends, Jody Benton, Frank Soeder, Jimmy Bryce and Mark Robinson; his cousins, Scrappy Thomas, Anna Hughes, Laura Smitha and Sarah DeVary; Angie Holcombe.
