She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Ruszczyski and Hildegard Ruszczyski (Rabba); and her husband Ronald Eugene Loban. She is survived by: her children, Ronnie (Stacie Loban), Candy (John Stover), Sam Power of Dawsonville and Tina Power of Atlanta; her siblings, Conrad of Europe, Kristine of Europe and Elvira of Europe; her grandchildren, Eleze Bowen (Ryan Bowen) of Temple, Madison Stover of Temple, Sydney Stover of Temple, James Power (Mandy Power) of Dawsonville, Sammy Power (Hanna Power) of Dawsonville, Nicole Power (Alan Bellinger) of Dawsonville and Emmi Murphy of Dawsonville; and her great grandchildren, Snow Bowen, Finn Bowen, Gracie Lynn Power, Emma Power, Livi Kate Power, Weston Power and Holden Power. She is also survived by her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
