We are sad to announce that on December 4, 2020, at the age of 93, Helen Ruby Withrow Cagle (Austell, Georgia), born in Hiram, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Withrow and Julia Mull Withrow. She is survived by: her children, William David Cagle (Kelly) and Carole Ann Mitchell Bennett (Greg); her grandsons, Adam Cagle, Clinton Cagle, Jarrett Cagle (Jessica Nicula), John Mitchell (Ashley) and Will Mitchell; her great-grandparent John Chester Mitchell IV; her sister Jean Cairnes; her sisters-in-law, Mary Lou Cagle and Elizabeth Cagle Gentry; and her husband Bill Cagle. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
