He was predeceased by: his parents, Elfie Lewis and Martin Alexander Daniell; his grandson Brody Lee Bates; and his brothers, Elton Daniell, Calvin C. Daniel, Chalmers E. Daniell, Robbie Neal Daniel and Melvin R. Daniell.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia Lee Daniell; his children, Angela Coxwell (Dan), Scott Daniell (Kay), Tammy Bates (Vince) and Stacy Daniell (Kathy); his grandchildren, Daniel Ryan Coxwell, Jesse Coxwell (Betsy), Tyler Daniell (Lindsey), Brockton Walter Bates, Nicholas Ivy Daniell and Addison LaRose Daniell; his great grandchildren, Connor Ryan Coxwell, Ella Ray Coxwell, Savannah Grace Coxwell, Ashlyn Vivian Daniell-Shannon, Blakely Ann Daniell and Cooper Dean Daniell; and his brother Alvin Daniell (Shirley). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
