He was predeceased by : his wife Sylvia Chadwick Woods; and his brother-in-law Curly Chadwick. He is survived by : his daughter Donna Woods Wallace; his sister-in-law Coletta Chadwick; and his nieces, Nancy Kennedy, Jane Chadwick and Gina Fox.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or First Baptist Church of Chattahoochee.
