He is survived by: his wife Jacqulyn Frey; his daughters, Cindy Stevens of Austell, GA and Tammy Welch (Tim); his siblings, Christine Palmer of Dallas, GA and Jimmy Frey of Dallas, GA; his grandchildren, Courtney Patrick, Christopher Welch (Haley), Jonathan Welch (Kathleen) and Chris Stevens; and his great grandchildren, Amya Blair, Callahan Welch, Isaiah Daniel, Mac Welch, Raleigh Welch and Brycen Daniel.
