He was predeceased by: his grandfather Jackie Williams; and his cousin Caitlyn Spears. He is survived by: his son Kenneth Blake Spears; his parents, Michael Spears and Brooke Fairbank; his brother Jacob Spears; his grandparents, Lynn Williams, David, Vickie Spears, Charles Fairbank III (Trace) and Barbra Fairbank; his great-grandparents, Charles Fairbank II and Patsy Fairbank; his aunts and uncles, Angela Rowe (Gary Rowe), Robby Spears, Mark Cason and Amie Briggs (Jake Briggs); and his cousins, Markus Spears, Gabe Cason, Noah Gosdin, Dylan Cason, Katie Briggs and Molly Briggs.
In lieu of flowers, The family is requesting donations to Villalobos Rescue in honor of Blake's love for animals especially Pitbulls.
